Storage of information
With the exception of credit card number and CVV number, customer information (described in the "Information Collected" heading above) is stored on paper at the premises of Automated Motion Systems Pty Ltd, in secure storage for a period upto 7 years. Credit card numbers and CVV numbers are not printed or stored by Automated Motion Systems Pty Ltd.

Emails
If you choose to correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages and responses, either electronically or as paper copy.

Marketing
We may contact you by email you on occasions to update you on new products available from Automated Motion Systems Pty Ltd.
If you prefer not to be contacted, you may request iby email that we don't send you information in future.

Credit card processing
Credit card payments will be processed by a third party using the eWay Payment Gateway on www.eway.com.au.

All transactions are performed using 128bit SSL certificate. All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWay's bank grade data centre.
Credit card details can be presented at our office at Unit 2, 7 Baretta Rd, Wangara, WA or provided by phone.
We do not recommend that credit card details are sent by email and will not accept responsibility for any losses arising from this.

Cards accepted are Mastercard and Visa. Credit card transactions will only be conducted in Australian Dollars.
All merchant credit charges will be borne by Automated Motion Systems Pty Ltd.
