REFUNDS AND CREDIT RETURNS
Goods that fail under warrenty can be returned to Automated Motions
Systems Pty Ltd as covered in our Standard Terms & Conditions
of Sale.
Goods that have been damaged or soiled by purchaser will not be
accepted for return or credit.
Goods that have been manufactured to order or specifically ordered
from overseas cannot be returned for credit.
Goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser unless
Automated Motion Systems Pty Ltd is notified otherwise in writing
within 30 days from date of receipt of goods.
Automated Motion Systems
Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply a restocking charge of 15%
of the value of returned goods.
All return freight charges to the office of Automated Motion Systems
Pty. Ltd. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are received at the
office of Automated Motion Systems Pty. Ltd. within 30 days from
the date of receipt of goods by the purchaser.
Any refunds to Australian
purchasers will be paid by electronic funds transfer into an Australian
bank account or credited to the purchaser's account.
Any refunds to Overseas purchasers will be paid by electronic
funds transfer into their Overseas bank account minus any foreign
exchange charges incurred by Automated Motion Systems Pty. Ltd.
